Is there a Front Desk?

Yes! Hours of operation are 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Guests may call 727-643-3195 for after hours emergencies.

Are there phones in the suites?

Yes- To reach the Front Desk, dial '0'; to call room-to-room, dial the room number; to call locally, dial '9' and the number; and for long distance calls, dial '9' + '1', the area code and number. To check your voicemails from the rooms, dial '5' '0' and the room number.

Can I do laundry at Beso Del Sol Resort?

Yes! The laundry facilities are located in the North Building on the third and fourth floors. A wash costs $1.75 and a dry is 50 cents. Laundry soap and softener is available for purchase at the laundry mat across the street.

Can I smoke in the unit?

No, all the suites are non-smoking. You may smoke on your balcony and at the Tiki Bar.

Are pets allowed?

No, pets are not allowed in any suite at Beso Del Sol Resort.

How much does it cost to rent a bike?

$10 per day.

What if I need extra towels?

Guests are provided four towels at the beginning of their stay. If guests require more, contact the front desk and housekeeping will deliver towels to their room. For guests who made their reservation through a travel club, towel exchange is on Wednesday.

Do you have Pool and Beach Towels?

Room towels are not for pool or beach use. You may check out pool and beach towels at the front desk for pool or beach use free of charge. If pool and beach towels are not returned, a $20.00 fee will be charged to the guest's room.

How often is the unit cleaned?

Units are cleaned at check-in and check-out. Mid-week cleanings are available for a $25.00 fee.

What are the Fitness Center hours?

The fitness center hours vary by travel season and are the same as the office hours. Check at the front desk when you arrive for all the details.

What are the pool and hot tub hours?

The pool and hot tub are opened from dawn until dusk.

When can I use the pier or boat dock?

The pier and boat dock are accessible by guests from dawn until dusk.

Where can I get a newspaper?

You can purchase The St. Petersburg Times at a vending machine located on the pool deck by the Tiki Bar.

How do I use the free WiFi?

Free WiFi is offered in both towers at Beso Del Sol Resort, so guests may have access from their suites. Ask the Front Desk for the password.

How do I get to the resort?

Our resort is 30 minutes from the Tampa Airport. Shuttles are available from the airport directly to our resort.

If you fly into Tampa Airport, you can jump onboard the SuperShuttle, a shared passenger van shuttling guests to and from the airport and the resort for $25.00 per trip. Service is provided from the Commercial Ground Transportation Quadrants located at all four corners of the Baggage Claim Level. Discounts for additional members of a group going to the same address and children are offered. Rates include up to 3 pieces of luggage.
