Is there a Front Desk?
Yes! Hours are listed below. Guests may call 727-643-3195 for after-hours emergencies.

Are there phones in the suites?
Yes! To reach the Front Desk, dial '0'; to call room-to-room, dial the room number; to call locally, dial '9' and the number. To check your voicemails from the rooms, dial '5' '0' and the room number.

Can I do laundry at Beso Del Sol Resort?
Laundry Facility is free of charge for all resort guests. Laundry detergent pods are also free of charge and available at the front desk.

Can I smoke in the unit?
No, all the suites are non-smoking.

Are pets allowed?
No, pets are not allowed in any suite at Beso Del Sol Resort.

How much does it cost to rent a bike?
Bikes are complimentary; sign a bicycle out for use at the front desk. They are offered first come, first served.

What if I need extra towels?
  • Please use the striped pool towels provided in your unit for the pool.
  • Towels are part of the unit inventory. Loss will be charged accordingly.
  • We provide makeup remover towelettes and ask that you do not use our bath towels or wash cloths for makeup removal OR hair dye due to staining.
  • Fees will be charged for any damages to our towels or linen.

Do you have Pool and Beach Towels?
Please use the striped pool towels provided in your unit for the pool.

How often is the unit cleaned?
  • All guests receive a “starter kit” of basic necessities: a roll of paper towels, two rolls of toilet paper, a box of tissue, shampoo, dishwashing liquid, hand & bath soap and hand lotion. Resort does not replenish the paper goods or amenities.
  • We do not provide daily housekeeping service or towel exchange. All units are cleaned at check- in and check- out only. Towels and linens are provided to accommodate the number of persons allowed to occupy the unit.

What are the pool and hot tub hours?
The pool and hot tub are opened from dawn until approximately 10 pm, weather permitting.

When can I use the pier or boat dock?
The pier and boat dock are accessible by guests from dawn until dusk.

Where can I get a newspaper?
Newspapers can be found at nearby grocery and convenience stores.

How do I use the free WiFi?
Free WiFi is offered in both towers at Beso Del Sol Resort, so guests may have access from their suites. Password for WiFi access is provided at time of check-in.

How do I get to the resort?

Our resort is 30 minutes from the Tampa Airport. Shuttles are available from the airport directly to our resort. You can call Rick at (727) 804-8804 to arrange for discount transportation to and from Beso Del Sol Resort. Appointment is required.

If you fly into Tampa Airport, you can jump onboard the SuperShuttle, a shared passenger van shuttling guests to and from the airport and the resort for $25.00 per trip. Service is provided from the Commercial Ground Transportation Quadrants located at all four corners of the Baggage Claim Level. Discounts for additional members of a group going to the same address and children are offered. Rates include up to 3 pieces of luggage.
